Sunshine

Jordis can sit up on her own now, for about a minute (sometimes longer!) Here daddy is helping as she plays with a ball that makes music.

Here's the update: She's a little over 6 months old, and weighs 16.5 pounds! She's eating 3 meals a day now, and over a cup of cereal and 1/2 cup of fruits and veggies. She's also saying "mama" and "baba", and is working on "dada"!!

Jordis is roughly 5 1/2 months old, and she's continuing to have a great time learning. She lovvvvvvves to stand up. If she could walk now, she would!

Jordis is 5 months old tomorrow, and the past 2 weeks have been full of firsts for her...

She's also tried Barley cereal and Sweet Peas (likes the beans better), and next up for the tiny diner are sweet potatoes and carrots. She rolled over from her tummy to back a couple times last week, but she seems to have forgotten how to do it already! (either that or she doesn't think it's worth the energy) :)

Jordis behaved like a little angel, even though she had 10 pounds of gown and water on her head :) She loved being carried around the church by Reverend Brad after she was baptized!

Road Trip and Baptism Part 1

We went to St. C this weekend for Jordis' baptism - on Saturday she got to meet Great Grandma Jean and Cousin Riley for the first time!

Then this past weekend, Uncle Greg, Aunt Michele, and cousins Hadley and Michael stopped by to say "hi!" (Aunt Michele escaped the camera...but we will get her later!!) It was wonderful to see all of you!

Happy Father's Day!

A day late, but Dad had a great time :) Jordis is 4 months old today! This week was pretty exciting - she found her giggle/laugh! Daddy does "Airplane" with her, and she cracks up on the way down. It's music to our ears!
